The General Construction Contracting Project for Guangzhou Finance Holdings Headquarters Building is located in Plot AT909038 of Guangzhou International Financial City, bordering Chebei Road South in the east, Keyun Road in the west, Linjiang Avenue in the south and Huangpu Avenue in the north. It is the first super high-rise building project of Guangzhou Construction Co., Ltd. in the Financial City.
The land area of the Project is about 8,423 m2, the total building area is about 119,600 m2, and the total project cost is about RMB 653 million. The building is 143 m high, with five underground floors and 31 aboveground floors, and is designed with the reinforced concrete core tube structure. It is a commercial building integrating commerce, high-end office, catering and civil air defense. For the Project, the information technology is adopted for the information-based management in the whole process, and the principle of "technology first" is followed to ensure the smooth implementation of the Project.
