Project introduction
It is undertaken by Guangzhou 3rd Construction Engineering Co., Ltd.
The Project is the 2-1# Building of Quarter 2 of the Maker Town in Nanning, located in the core area of Wuxiang New District, Liangqing District, Nanning City. The contract covers the above-ground part of the 2-1# Building (i.e., the ASEAN Tower).
The total building area of the ASEAN Tower is 214,084.00 m2, and the above-ground building area is 171,250.00 m2, including office building area of 106,430.00 m2, hotel building area of 61,070.00 m2, and refuge building area of 3,550 m2 (including 1,350 m2 below 100 m and 2,200 m2 above 100 m). The ASEAN Tower is a super high-rise hotel-office building with 72 floors above ground, with the crown height of 346m (the structural height of 330.35m), and it is a Class I public building.
