Tianhe Smart City Prefabricated Building (Municipal) Industrial Demonstration Base has a footprint of 27,000 square meters. It focuses on the industrial development of prefabricated bridge and utility tunnel. The investment in the prefabrication factory amounts to RBM 40 million. It was officially put into operation in March 2018. It has 6 utility tunnel production lines and 1 prefabricated bridge pier column production line.
The new building industrialization mode is adopted. Through the energy-saving and environment-friendly intelligent production characterized by standardized design, building with components, intelligent production and mechanized construction, all the components of municipal infrastructure are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the construction site for mechanized assembly.
