On December 31, Guangxi Qinzhou Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qinzhou Construction Engineering"), which was jointly funded by Guangzhou Municipal Group Co., Ltd. under Guangzhou Municipal Construction Group Co., Ltd. (GMC) and Qinzhou Construction Engineering Quality Testing Center Co., Ltd., was unveiled. The unveiling and signing ceremony was attended by Xu Yongke, secretary of Qinzhou Municipal Party Committee, Tan Pichuang, mayor, Xie Lipin, deputy mayor and other leaders of municipal departments, Liang Huqing, party secretary and chairman of GMC, and Zhang Yujiang, general manager and other leaders of GMC departments, leaders of Guangzhou Municipal Group Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou First Municipal Engineering Co., Ltd., as well as leaders of Qinzhou Construction Engineering Quality Testing Center.
At the ceremony, Tan Pichuang, mayor of Qinzhou, congratulated on the successful unveiling of Qinzhou Construction Engineering on behalf of the municipal government. He said that the establishment of Qinzhou Construction Engineering was a vivid manifestation of Qinzhou's active integration into the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and also a new exploration of deepening cooperation in construction capacity between Qinzhou and Guangzhou. He hopes that both sides will take Guangxi Qinzhou Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd. as the carrier, make full use of the advantages in industry, capital, technology and management, actively participate in the construction of Qinzhou urban infrastructure and major projects, and work together to write a new chapter of mutual benefit and win-win situation.
Liang Huqing, party secretary and chairman of GMC, said that they will actively explore the development mode suitable for Qinzhou Construction Engineering, and realize the integrated development with the government system, market mechanism and management mode. He hopes to jointly make the Qinzhou Construction Engineering become the main force of Qinzhou urban infrastructure and major project construction through the cooperation, and promote regional market expansion and high-quality development of local construction industry, so as to achieve mutual benefit and win-win situation.
Guo Yunfei, General Manager of Guangzhou Municipal Group Co., Ltd., and Yan Bin, Chairman and General Manager of Qinzhou Construction Engineering Quality Testing Center Co., Ltd., signed the Investment Cooperation Agreement on Establishing Guangxi Qinzhou Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and established a comprehensive strategic cooperative relationship in infrastructure construction and construction industry system.
